At G2 we value your privacy and the security of your personal information. In accordance with our commitment to transparency and user rights,
If you wish to delete your personal data from our systems, you may send an email to g2trip@g2-travel.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include your account information and specific data you wish to delete.
Upon receiving your data deletion request, we will:
- Verify Your Identity: We may require additional information to verify your identity before processing your request.
- Confirm Receipt: We will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- Review and Action: Our team will review your request and take appropriate action to delete your personal data within 5 business days.
Exceptions
Please note that certain data may be exempt from deletion if it is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
